Medical Billing / Accounts Receivable Specialist
Earn $23–$26/hr with full benefits, 401(k), and 3 weeks PTO—no nights or weekends. Healthcare Revenue Group is looking for a Medical Billing / AR Specialist to join our Overland Park team, with a flexible Friday remote option after 90 days.

What You’ll Do
- Manage accounts receivable to keep financial operations running smoothly
- Review, submit, and follow up on insurance claims and denials
- Resolve billing issues and provide day-to-day client support
- Post payments and handle charge entry as needed
- Prepare monthly reports that support informed decision-making
- Collaborate with the team on general office tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Willingness to learn new practice management and billing software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and self-motivated — you take ownership of your work
