Job location: Blue Springs, MO
Hours: Part Time / PRN, open for discussion

You Will:

  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
  • Execute a treatment plan through counseling and education
  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
  • Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, reporting, etc
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management of office
  • Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Integrity Selling protocol. 
  • An entrepreneur mindset with problem-solving skills, this role will have great autonomy

You will need:

For Audiologists

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Audiology
  • Valid Audiology Licensure (in good standing) in Missouri OR the ability to obtain these within 6 months of offer date

For Hearing Instrument Specialists

  • Valid Hearing Instrument Dispensing Licensure (in good standing) in Missouri OR the ability to obtain one within 6 months of offer date
  • High school diploma required, college degree in a related field preferred
  • 1 + years of experience with diagnostic testing and dispensing hearing aids is preferred
  • Strong problem solving, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
Compensation:
  • Job type: Part Time/PRN, on site, open to discussion. NO FRIDAY AFTERNOONS :)
  • Pay: $50/hour as a W2 employee
